Our desire in this walk is to learn to love God with all of our hearts and see the church become as close as family. In doing this we have decided on 6 core values that we must strive to excel in. These are worship, discipleship, evangelism, service, fellowship and prayer. WorshipIt is our passion to worship the Lord Jesus Christ with all of our hearts. Our music is normally contemporary--celebrating the sounds and songs of today. Our purpose is not great music or entertainment. Our purpose is to worship God in a great way. DiscipleshipWe desire to fulfill the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations (Matt 28:19). This is done though preaching of the Word and teaching in various services and small groups. The Word of God must be the center of our teaching and our lives. EvangelismWe have a wonderful message of good news, the gospel of Jesus Christ. We actively take this message to our neighborhoods through Breaker ministries, Vacation Bible School, and community events. Our passion is also evangelism in foreign lands. We regularly send missionaries to serve around the world. ServiceOur discipleship and evangelism values are fulfilled in putting hands and feet in serving our people and our community. We are involved in many local charities and provide service in feeding the homeless and poor. We send construction teams regularly to further the gospel through building and serving in foreign countries FellowshipWe must learn to become family; true brothers and sisters in Christ. We have monthly dinners and encourage small groups and families meeting together to share in each others' lives. We must not only learn to live the Word, we must also learn to be a part of community. PrayerPrayer must be the cornerstone of the church. We have regular prayer services and encourage everyone to attend. Our efforts to accomplish these core values will be directly related to our church being a people of prayer.
